My package was marked delivered, but I haven't received it?

In the rare case that your tracking number shows your package has been marked as delivered, but you still have not received it, we ask that you reach out to your local post office/shipping courier for more information. 

 

Once a package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for it and it is in the hands of the courier. If for whatever reason you are unable to locate or open an investigation into your missing shipment, please reach out to our customer service team for more assistance.
