What is Tres Colori's return policy?

Items can be returned within 60 days from the purchase after coordinating with our Customer Service team. 

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card, or for an exchange of the same or similar product.

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s)

  • Items must be sent back within 5 days of the return processed date.

  • The item must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Your item will be inspected

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your returns once they're returned back to our facility.

  • We offer repairs on all of our items after 60 days of purchase for a $25 fee. Please reach out to our customer support team for more information.
  • Tres Colori is not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns

  • Jewelry sent back without full name and order number will NOT be accepted and will be sent back. 
  • Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for custom pieces. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail and repurchase the item(s) in your desired chain size or metal selection once your store credit is issued. Exchanges CAN be made for La Vida Collection and essential collections.
