What can I do if my payment is declined?


Your card issuer may have declined your payment.

Please verify the following information is inputted correctly

- Name on Card
- Billing Address is correct
- Card Number and Security code

They don’t tell us the reason for a declined transaction, so it’s best to check with your credit card provider or issuing bank before trying your card again.
