How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your Tres Colori account at any time and selecting "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is produced, inspected by our quality control team and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an track of its activity while it makes its way to you.


  1. Processing - Your order is in production and our team of designers is working to ensure it is produced in the highest quality. Production time varies per item. 
  2. Shipped - HANG TIGHT, ALMOST THERE! Your order has been checked by our quality control department and carefully packaged up on its way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email as soon as your order is packaged and shipped. Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. Please allow several hours for all tracking numbers to be scanned through and updated.
