Return & exchange policy:


Items will only be accepted for return or exchange within 60 days of the purchase date.

  • Customized pieces are only eligible for returns, not exchanges. We only allow exchanges on non-personalized pieces. No exceptions.
  • Because our pieces are made to order, we cannot offer refunds on any returns. All returns will be credited in the form of credit gift cards only! No refunds. 
  • Non-personalized items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for any item in the same collection.
  • Items must be sent back within seven days of processing the return
  • All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your returns once they're returned to our facility.
  • Tres Colori is not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and return tracking number when shipping your returns. 
  • Please ONLY ship your returns via the shipping label provided
  • Tres Colori will NOT accept any return/exchange shipped to us without a return/exchange submission via our returns portal

Non-returnable/Final Sale: 

  • Items marked as final sale on product pages are non-returnable. These include but are not limited to, international orders, limited edition drops and collections, holiday releases, collaborations, and repairs/extender service purchases. 

Starting your return:

  • Please click the following link to return your eligible order: Start a Return 
  • Input your order number and email address, and choose the items you wish to return. 
  • The system will instantly generate a barcode/return label. 
  • Package your return and take the barcode/label to your local courier drop-off to complete the return process. 
  • Customers will be granted an online gift card/ exchange minus a $5.99 return label fee for U.S. returns.

    Note: Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes will not be reimbursed. Please review our return policy to see if your item is eligible for a return.
