Which payment types do you accept?

Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later?

• We partnered with Afterpay, Sezzle, Klarna, and Affirm to offer our customers four (4) Buy Now, Pay Later options.
  
  

Will I be charged sales tax? 

• By law, we must charge the appropriate sales tax for purchases in each state. To determine if this affects you, enter your shipping address at checkout, which will automatically recalculate. 
  
  

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Please verify the following information is inputted correctly. 

• Full name on credit card
• The billing address is correct
• Card number and security code

We are not notified of the reason for declined transactions, so it's best to check with your credit card provider or issuing bank before attempting to make another transaction.

I got charged but didn’t receive an Order Confirmation email. What’s going on? 

• If you attempt to submit an order with incorrect billing and shipping addresses, our systems will revert you back to the checkout screen. This may cause you to receive a “pre-authorization” charge from your financial institution, which will appear as a temporary “charge.” However, your order was not accepted unless you received an Order Confirmed prompt and email. The funds that are “charged” may take 1-5 business days to refund back to your account automatically. Please reach out to your financial institution for more information. 
  
  

Why was my credit card charged multiple times?

• This typically occurs when users attempt to refresh the checkout page as it is processing. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] if you do not see these duplicate charges removed from your account after five (5) business days.
  
  

Can I use my Gift Card right away?

• Once we receive your returned item(s) and our warehouse team confirms it is in 100% original condition, it will be issued to you via the email associated with the order. Gift Cards are typically provided within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends) of return delivery/processing.
