Do you offer gift cards?

• We do not sell gift cards. Gift cards are issued for returns/store credits. 

How long are gift cards valid?

• Fortunately, our Trescolori.com Gift Cards do not expire!

Can I exchange a gift card for cash?

• Our gift cards are non-transferable and are only redeemable online at www.trescolori.com
  
  

Can I use my Gift Card right away?

• Once we receive your returned item(s) and our warehouse team confirms it is in 100% original condition, it will be issued to you via the email associated with the order. Gift Cards are typically provided within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends) of return delivery/processing.
  
  

Will I receive a refund on my shipping cost upon return?

• We do not reimburse original shipping costs.

How long will it take to receive my Gift Card refund?

• Within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends) after your return has been delivered and processed.

I received a refund, but it was not the same as my total. Where is the rest of my refund?

• We deduct the original shipping cost and route package protection (if purchased) from your refund total. You may also see a $5.99 deduction for the price of a return shipping label. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information.

I forgot to use my Gift Card, and my order was already submitted. Can I still use it for my order? 

• We cannot process Gift Cards after the purchase has been made. We are unable to modify any billing information once orders are accepted. Fortunately, the Gift Card does not expire and may be used on any future order.
