Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders begin production as soon as they are submitted. We can only cancel orders if requested within 24 hours of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • There are no cancelations on PHOTO PENDANTS after the order has been confirmed.

Can I modify my order?

  • Orders begin production as soon as they are submitted. We can only accept modifications to the following: Chain lengths, personalization requests, and metal color selection. 
  • Modifications must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Can I change my shipping address?

  • If your order has not yet shipped, contact our support team at [email protected] and update us on your new shipping address request. If we can modify the address before your order ships, we will be happy to do so. We cannot alter any address to orders that have already been shipped. 

My order was canceled without my knowledge. What happened?

  • There are a variety of reasons why our Order Review team may have canceled your order, such as billing/shipping addresses not matching, partial match on the credit card information provided at check, fraud alerts and or high-risk orders, international debit cards, or unverifiable charges, are just a few of the common reasons.  To learn more, please get in touch with our support team at [email protected]
